Job Description

As a Junior Sales Representative at our leading IT company, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and promoting our technology solutions. You will work closely with senior sales staff and other team members to develop your sales acumen and expand our customer base within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads through research and outreach
- Conduct initial presentations and product demos to prospective clients
- Work collaboratively with senior sales team to develop proposals and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to represent the company
- Provide timely follow-up and support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for technology and keen interest in IT industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required
